Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any HostA1 service.

The following Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and all services provided by HostA1. HostA1 is the trade name of HOSTA Web Hosting PVT LTD. By purchasing any service from HostA1, you agree to be bound by this agreement. The latest version is always available on hosta1.com.

Customer Agreement

These terms apply throughout the entire term of your service. You agree to use only licensed and legal third-party software in connection with your use of our services. HostA1 reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to any or all services when an account is used inappropriately.

Acceptable Use

Services must be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information in violation of applicable law is prohibited. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Spam, mail bombers, port scanners, brute force scripts, phishing, malware or pirated software
  • Adult content, illegal downloads, gambling, or high-yield investment schemes where disallowed
  • IRC servers connected to external networks without authorization
  • Hosting games on shared hosting accounts
  • Any content that promotes illegal activity or infringes intellectual property rights

Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts may not consume excessive server resources. HostA1 monitors usage and may request optimization or upgrade to a VPS or dedicated plan if usage affects other customers.

Billing & Payments

Prices shown on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Failure to pay renewal invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.

Domain Names

Domain registrations are subject to registry policies and ICANN requirements. You are responsible for keeping registrant contact information accurate. Domain refunds may not be available once a domain has been registered. If a promotional free domain is included with hosting and the hosting plan is cancelled early, the standard domain fee may be charged.

Refunds

Shared hosting plans may include a 30-day money-back guarantee where advertised. VPS, dedicated servers, domain registrations, SSL certificates and add-on services are generally non-refundable once provisioned.

Service Level & Support

HostA1 aims to maintain high availability across its network. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible. Technical support is provided via ticket, email and live chat as described on our contact page.

Limitation of Liability

HostA1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the billing period in which the issue occurred.

Changes to Terms

HostA1 may modify these terms, pricing or service features at any time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
